Tired of bosses living in $1M+ houses, and dumping all work from multiple departments on me, while I can't even afford rent a place that's not shitehole. Tired of saving pennies, and not getting ahead for years, while others show off their new cars and what not. Tired of corporate bullshit, and new rules everyday. The bosses work from home most of the week, and just show up to check how work is getting done by itself.
I have multiple projects running in parallel that I'm doing basically alone, and no one can replace me. You need to train in my position for least 2 years to be able to work without supervision.
Just be like I'm done, unless it's a 50% raise. Gonna need couple months to unwind from this burnout.
