Several times I have said “staying up till ten pm doesn’t work for me, I need an earlier schedule” and they never did anything about it.
Finally, I gave up and said “if you cannot give me a date in the next week that I am switching to morning shifts, then this is my two weeks notice, effective immediately”
And guess what! Suddenly an opening on morning shift.
Sick of this BS. Highest paying job in my city that doesn’t require college thought (at an unfortunate 16$/hr) so imma stay. Job doesn’t suck too bad when I’m on a shift I can handle, real sick of management though <-<
