So the company I work for is supposed to be having team member appreciation week, but yes you guessed it. No appreciation besides some undercooked dry food and making sure we “keep up the good work but our scores could be better.” Im more upset because the only reason some of us are still here is NOT because of management it’s because of each other but I’ve started branching out looking for other jobs because the pay isn’t enough, ask for a raise it’s “let’s talk about some training you need then we will discuss that.” All of us do a lot to keep this place running and making the managers themselves look good and it’s a lot on me in particular becauee im pregnant. Haven’t had any days offf yet so there’s that, no insurance or benefits, just nothing. Thanks for listening to my rant.
