A certain fast food chian asked me to leave and stop bothering a customer who was verbally harassing me because I work for doordash

Feel how you want about doordash, I haven't ever had the freedom and income of this gig job before and I love it. What I don't love, is being told how to do my job by someone I've never met, and then asked to leave and stop bothering the customer. The unnamed store is super busy so I go stand off to the side and wait like I normally do until someone is free. They tell me it'll be a bit, so I say no problem that's fine. They ask me the name, and grab the order and start getting it ready. Some 60 year old white dude behind me starts telling me to do it a certain way, that no wonder I can't get any other job, that he knows best because he owns a restaurant and that people like me are the reason doordash sucks.

He doesn't let me get a word in, and continues to berate me to tears (I'm a 24 year old woman if that matters, thats not the issue here). Finally the employee gets me the food and tells me I need to stop bothering HIM and leave.

So I do, and I'm very upset at this point so I have my husband call the store. The first manager was kind and understanding, but he had just arrived so he passed it on to the morning manager. She recalled the incident perfectly, and admitted he instigated the incident but because I was a doordash driver I was in the wrong. Basically, because I'm not paying right then and there and picking up for someone else, I amd not worth equal treatment.

F*** that. I have a 5 star rating. I am a top dasher. I take pride in my work and I love the freedom this allows me. I am not worth less because I'm picking up someone else's food and I definitely do not deserve to be harassed.

Who do I sue, the restaurant or the local buisness owner who harassed me?

Edit: My bad it was a rhetorical question, I am pursuing what I need to as I feel needed. Thanks for your advice tho, do tell me more.
