Title says it. A co worker and I have been on separate terms for almost 6 years now. Monday he exploded and took a ton of rage and anger out on me, even threatening me and insuating bad things will come. What comes around goes around etc etc. He threatened to hit me in the mouth twice. Since this wasmt our first verbal altercation, but it was the first where he physically threatened me – so I filed an incident report and sent it to HR. HR didn't reach out so I called on the 2nd day.
This instance was Monday, it's now Saturday and I've heard nothing, and I don't think anything was done. I don't even think any one has talked to my co worker about the situation. Should I be persistent come Monday morning? Are they swiping it under the rug? I'm tired of this happening and the physical threat is the icing on the cake.
