I'm in solidarity with labor and support many of the views expressed here – but wanted to share that some companies still get it right now and again.
I think my company just created a position out of thin air, so I don't leave. In this case though, it's the work not the company; I love what we do, they treat us well, and zero toxicity to be found. But I'm not really cut out for my current role long term. It was great for awhile, but became routine and monotonous- had a chat with my fearless leaders about it and next thing I know there is an internal posting that is me to a T.
