Had a one on one meeting yesterday with my manager and a trainee manager, one of his talking points was, that my actions didn't only affect me that they affected him and others saying stuff like you affect me so I can put food on the table and pay for my dogs vet bills ect
Basically because they get noticed and get extra commission the more commission we generate
It just rubbed me the wrong way trying to make me feel guilty or I wasn't doing enough so it was effecting him
I'm sorry but I don't see how that's my issue, I'll try my best do what I can but don't try to make it act like I'm casuing you to suffer putting food on the table when you probably make double what I do
Normally really like the guy he's super nice but this talking point didn't really seem appropriate
