To my dismay the following things were stated!
Managers not in uniform!
Managers not using the mayo scoop!
Managers not upselling!
Managers not wearing aprons!
Managers not asking about rewards!
Managers not greeting customers!
Managers not saying farewell to customers!
Managers not making fast sandwiches!
Dry bites!
Not enough lettuce!
Not the correct amount of veggies!
Not being cut properly!
And many more things.

So here is what I am going to say! I am beyond irate at the fact that I have to send a message to the MANAGERS telling them to get their act together! I am highly disappointed and beyong frustrated with the fact that I have to explain simple sandwich etiquette as well as manager duties!
If you DO NOT I repeat DO NOT know how to abide by the rules you will no longer have a place in our company or be apart of my team!
Everyday I bust my back so that we can trend in a better direction. So that we can be the best company!
So that everyone can see we are all in this together! To be told all of this is a genuine slap to the face!
Get your act together and do the right thing! Train yourself to be better and show better. If you have an attitude immediately change it and find a better one! You think you know better prove it! You think that you are above this job, get out! I am sick of sacrificing for people who are selfish! Look in the mirror and think if you are a team player or a leech! I DO NOT want on my team any cancers! Make a change and now!
If I get wind of these things going on, YOU ARE GONE! DO NOT WASTE MY TIME!! I want a response that you understand! I will be sending the stores who got the secret shopper the info! I want no EXCUSES! Clean up your act! We are better than this!
