If you’ll look over at r/roosterteeth you’ll see a large collection of testimonials denoting workplace harrassment, wage theft, and the most blatant examples of “HR is the company’s friend, not yours” I’ve ever seen. I hope this falls within the sub’s rules and stays up, as this is a company which for two decades has passed forward the image of a family, a community where its fandom felt at home.
The grim reality of it is that it’s a nightmare where not only will you be unpaid for your work, you will also be attacked by your coworkers and ignored by Human Resources. For the last few years they’ve touted the moral high ground of “be better” to its audience whilst perpetuating the same bigoted behaviour behind the scenes.
