Before accepting a new job, any new job, I've come up with a questions that will help me get a better idea if I should work there or not. I don't think it is unreasonable to want to speak to the supervisor that will be directly in charge of my position, so I will ask to speak to them, and simply ask them, if they enjoy working for a living. Not enjoy their job, because I believe, like a hobby you can get paid for, you CAN enjoy your job. But, anyone that enjoys working for a living, should not be someone that is in charge of other people.
