A server was promoted to manager and still takes tables.

Basically our GM moved up to HR and she(server) took over the store. She now writes the schedule and opens 6 days a week which took away my opening shifts to early afternoons so my hours have been cut as well. She still takes tables even though our server leads make 20hr so she must make even more. The restaurant is in Southern California and this has happened before at other restaurants in the past but was fixed by HR. This time it’s my old GM who moved up to HR and already knows what she has been doing. Any advice? Thanks you. (Going to work now so I won’t be able to comment until later)
