A simple math

Pricing around me has gone up drastically in the past year for housing. A studio or 1/1 was going for around $800 a month. The price went up, in a year, to around $1400 a month. You need to bring in 3 times that, gross income, or $4,200 a month. This equates to $50,400 a year income. Think people are being priced out of the market? I give it two years before there are riots, once people realize they have been priced out of housing. Only other alternatives will be a take off of tiny housing, and/or buses/mobile homes. Get ready, this shit is for real.
