“America is just in an abusive relationship with Business. Every now and then there's hope she'll leave him, but she just keeps running back no matter what you tell her. Hell, you even have the opportunity to start a real relationship with her, you build a family, you work hard, you make sacrifices for her, but one day Business will call, and all those years won't matter. The kids you had wont make a difference, the years you spent sacrificing mean nothing. “What have our kids ever done for Business? What about the hard time Business is having?” she'll say. “He needs me. You'll never understand.”
America leaves your broken family, and you're just praying that one day she might be able to satisfy Mr. Business enough to turn her attention to you, and her own children, and the struggle you all endure. When she finally manages to notice, her children, and family suffering, diseased. The bloody victims of a hundred different villians, and a thousand different crimes she will cast her eyes upon us and lament. “Nobody wants to work these days.”
