Able to run even a Little Caesar’s into the ground

​ Little Caesar's in Barstow, CA. I'm told this is about month 3 of this being boarded up. Of all the places that should be able to make money, it's the cheapest possible pizza in a place like this. Even the expensive place is in business for years, says Yelp, but this is dead (temporarily, the ownership claims). My bet: the wages paid were at minimum, and it seems they ran out of employees or hired the type who damage or steal equipment. I'm told the wait time was 40 minutes sometimes.
