Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners is the company. I received no debriefing and I have yet to have a conversation with anyone in the leadership team about this. The narrative that was shared (numerous coworkers confirm) that it was a prank. It wasn't, but even if it was I was forced to experience it.
Nobody cares about us.
This company received outrageous funding for accepting 988 and they treat their employees like they're taking customer service calls not devastating emotional pleas for help.
The call takers care.
The organizations are a farce and everything needs to be burned. We need to start from scratch.
