Hey yall, I could use advice.
Partner works for nonprofit. Boss uses the tax status to pay for personal things for friends, golf trips, etc. He is also rumored to be sleeping with his intern, despite being married with 3 young children. They mysteriously go off together, she gets extra bonuses, etc. He has marriage problems we know of.
Boss is erratic, paranoid, vindictive. Tried to turn employees against eachother, constant turnover, curses at employees one minute and promises raises the next minute. (Coke?)
Partner wants to quit, but would owe him the hefty sign on bonus he provided. We can’t afford rent without her income. Any suggestions on how to get fired… or the best way to go about this?
