Hey everyone, I have a situation where my employer is adding addendums to my original employee contract and handbook. It seems whenever a new situation comes up that they hadn't thought of before they want to add an addendum. The latest is a non-compete clause. Thoughts? Is this legal and what happens if I don't sign? I am in Canada BTW.
