Every single day it's a passive aggressive text or just a genuinely mean text to the group chat. Most of the time it's something that needs to be addressed to one or two people not the whole store but instead of being an adult and taking the time to pull that person aside in person, the store manager berates everyone on the group chat.
Today it was a massive text about people standing around and talking to each other. Saying it is disrespectful. I'm sorry, but it's your choice to hire 14 15 16 year Olds. Every day you're desperate for people to come in so saying “don't let the door hit you” to people just talking to each other is unbelievably stupid. Threatening to cut shifts is an empty threat. If there's a real issue, TALK TO THE PERSON. also, talk to the management. They're the ones setting a bad example.
