Advice: female boss targets me (24F)

I work at a commercial gym as a salesperson and am great at my job. However, my female boss has been noticeably cruel to me while getting cozy with my male coworkers and giving them far more praise and support. She repeatedly scolds and humiliates me in front of other employees and tries to quiz me on information that has no bearing on my actual work. She talks badly about me to other male employees who are In my same position and often directs them to direct me while at work. Most recently she has been spying on me through a camera when I work weekends (she is off weekends) and doesn’t allow me to sit at any point; if I take a knee (while doing work, mind you) she’ll send a message immediately scolding me, whereas my male colleagues have just been jokingly reprimanded with no hostility. Yesterday, 10 minutes before my shift was about to end, and having been up since 3:30am opening the facility, she confronted me while at the front desk as clients were coming in, and proceeded to aggressively quiz me on arbitrary acronyms that our corporate office has us learn when we first begin at the company. As someone who has now been there for nearly 6 months and who understands that building actual rapport with members and making sales are more important than random acronyms, I was stunned at her clear attempt to assert power over me. As a result, members’ needed were neglected. My coworkers who were also on call at that time witnessed the interaction and were appalled. The entire staff has noticed her behavior towards me. Well this is quite personal, it has been reported that she previously slept with a coworker of mine who now has feelings for me, and it is assumed that she is extremely jealous of me for that reason. I am at my wits end; what’s the best course of action here? I’m considering contacting my corporate HR department, but am not sure I can hang on at this job much longer.
