Advice for a 21 year old

This is probably a very silly question, and I apologize if it's a waste of time. I work a union factory job that is incredibly simple, I love my coworkers, and I get paid very well for my area (including health insurance and other benefits) and it will allow me to either retire early or buy lots of things. The only issue is that i work 12 hour night shifts for an average of 3.5 nights a week (it's a block schedule). This is affecting my marriage and doesn't really allow me to enjoy my life as much as I would like to one day. Would it be worth getting another job that pays significantly less to have more time off or should I keep saving as much as possible and retire early so I can work wherever I want to?
