I don't know all the details because it's not really relevant but to put it simply, the job is fairly new. She's job hunted so many times in her life, and this one sounded great because of what they're trying to do. (It's about food waste and getting clients like restaurants and grocery foodstuffs). The issue is that they're incredibly disorganized and have pretty much no control on what's going on. They're still very much a new company. 8 years now, but technically only 2 actually active. She tells me she has to convince others almost everyday not to quit when she herself has barely worked there for a month and half.
She says she loves the people, she loves how people actually respect her, but I can tell she's losing sleep over it. She doesn't enjoy it. Ultimately, it's her choice to make, and I won't tell her to do one thing or another, but I just hate seeing her unhappy.
