Ok. So I've been in my job for just over a year. But, they are planning to advertise it as permanent in the next few weeks whi h means I have to apply for it. I have an advantage from doing the job for a year, but there's no guarantee I'll get it. I SUCK qt interviews, and am even worse when people I know are judging me. I have to write an application too… Does anyone have any advice?
