I’ve had a job before as a lifeguard but the hiring was super informal because the place was small and rural. My boss said “wanna be a lifeguard?” And I said “sure but I’m 13 so imma wait two years”.
Anyway I’m (20f) moving to a different town in a few months and will need a job. I have no idea what I’m doing. Any advice for my first interview?
Also I should add that I plan on telling my employer I have a few disabilities so I can have assurance that I won’t be fired as a result of those conditions (such as mild Tourette’s). This may be difficult since the interviewer could be ableist or something. I need to know what to say in order to stand up for myself without ruining my chances of being hired.
