Advice for politely rejecting to help with work from ex-company

For context, there is a bug found on a plug-in script that I was working on in my previous company. An ex-colleague of mine texted me for help with the bug as I was the only person working on it previously. Out of goodwill and trying t not burn bridges, I helped to troubleshoot the bug and notified him of where the issue lies and limitations of the current code. But he continued to ask me to do more things like draft the question to be posted to main software developers (which I did not directly reply to) and asked for a video capture with explanation of the bug. I was helping initially because I have more experience in the area that he is facing difficulty, but now it feels like I am doing work for him, and I've been thinking where do I draw this grey line of helping…
