yesterday i made a post asking if it was okay to give my three weeks over text.
i ended up texting my manager and gave my three week notice. he just texted back saying that it’s sad to hear i want to leave and if i’m willing to reconsider and work once a week instead (i’m already working two days a week)
i haven’t given him a printed copy of the three week notice. in my text i asked him if he needs it, and if he does, i’ll give it to him next time i come in for my shift. he didn’t address that in his text back to me.
tbh i just want to go. i said i was leaving to focus on school but it’s not true. i just don’t like working there anymore, i’m over it.
how do i say thanks but no thanks and that i’m not interested at all in the nicest way possible? i don’t want to leave room for debate.
