advice navigating a grass isn’t greener job transfer….

Trusting Human Resources not to throw you under the bus… current situation is an internal job to another line or business in in which the department is so new only been a department since July 2022…. we were allowed to volunteer or decline the offer only to be told we were selected anyway…upper management from old department states and reassured the new department schedule would be our current days ie Monday through Friday has not been honored….and only options at the current time was to take the transfer or resign…if they did the smart thing would allow us to actually post out if that happened the mew role would have come with a pay raise…trying to navigate this with out burning any bridges??
