I'm located in the US. Hello everyone. I work for a small company there is only 5 of us including the boss. I absolutely love this job and don't see myself working anywhere else. With that being said I can't continue to work for this company because I'm struggling to make rent. I asked for a rise a few months ago and got bummed to $18.50. My boss explanation on how he gives raise is how much am i worth. I need some help on what to say and not say when talking to my boss.
