Hello there. I ended up breaking an oral confidentiality agreement at work. The regional manager and a lawyer talked, well scolded me basically, and then dismissed me. The agreement was about another employee that made a claim against another coworker of mine. I guess I’m wondering if I’m getting fired and what I can possibly do about it? I have relations with most of the managers and asked one to put in a good word for me if anything about me came up. I would appreciate any help.
