So my employer has been making changes to our benefits handbook. It's a Google doc, and I can see that they have made edits, but they have the version history locked and we can't see what's being changed. The date on the first page of the document is like April of 2021. Leadership is deceptive af and I am confident that whatever they are changing is not for our good. Is there a law that they have to share what is being changed? I know in a good transparent company, they would do that. But do they have to? Thanks!
