For background I started this cleaning job about 2 months ago covering this old and bitter lady, who we will call A on the weekend since she can’t work all 7 days. We work Friday and sat and she work Sunday to Thursday.
So I start training she shows me around and what to do, mind you my gf and I have been doing this for a year so we’re no rookies to this job and it’s all great she’s nice but from what everyone has told us she is a complete B word. At the end of the night she ask for my gf number so she can text her. Idk why but she gave it to A.
The problem starts when after the first week she fricking complains that we didn’t even clean the place and A tells my supervisor that we didn’t clean. A also tells a detailed paragraph on what we didn’t clean, when in fact we did clean the stuff she said. We told our supervisor to tel her she has no place to text us and to stop.
So then after that week we take pictures of everything from now on and send them to our supervisor yet A still complains and tell our supervisor the stuff we didn’t clean. Yet now he has pictures our supervisor tells her that they look fine in our pictures so send him pictures of what she is talking about and she says she can’t because you can’t see them in pictures. Wtf does she mean by that. What a clown. But every week on Sunday night we get a call by our supervisor that she complain and that we we didn’t do and so when we be taking pictures.
She don’t be cleaning as good as she claims because we got pictures of her work. We even got the dealership to look over their contract only to find out the mechanic restrooms are suppose to the cleaned by her this entire time she was working and I guess that pissed her off because she’s increased the complained on us even bringing our supervisor to check on our work after we are done every week and there was one complained about the floors being greasy but she has them like that too and took pictures and sent them to our supervisor.
After all of this repetitive non sense over and over , on sudsy when my supervisor called like two weeks ago I told him that to no longer tell me or my gf anything about A’s complaint and the only complaints I want to hear are from the company itself which they haven’t said anything to us since we started.
And finally I thought peace. Oh no I mistaken because she called my supervisor’s boss in to check on our work. How pathetic and how far is this gone to? The boss is now going with my supervisor to check on our work and see what she is talking about. I just need help or advice on what to do with this co worker from hell? This outright has to be harassment from day 1. Notes that this lady has gotten rid of lots of people who work here for the reason I heard because she likes to work all 7 days to herself. So I take this personal to not leave this place and letting her know this is how it’s going to be from now on.
