Advice over targeted negligence

Will try to be as concise as possible, as I'm ranting basically. So I work as a dishwasher in a high volume, well regarded restaurant. It's not glamorous, but I love the kitchen crew I work with. There hasn't been a problem at all until recently. This comes in the form of my dishing partner. A few weeks back as we were closing out the pit, she decided she was done whenever she wanted and closed around me.

When I confronted her about this she grabbed her things and called me a “certified ass bitch” before leaving. Even before this incident I've done the majority of the work, running plates and pots out to where they need to go. The woman literally sits (on the ground) watching shows on her iPad.

She as well works with her boyfriend. According to the my other coworkers whenever they work together she does all the work, while he sits and watches shows. It has been reoccurring too that they call in often, sometimes not even messaging back.

Now the upper management is well aware of this. I've shown them pictures, made statements about how unfair this is. Yet nothing has been done. Again, I love many of the people I work with. But this is seethingly getting under my skin. That my livelihood is being hung to dry over someone who only acts this way when I am around. If I were to call this woman a bitch, I'd probably never be allowed in the building again.
