I don't want to work somewhere where I won't be doing something that is going to grow me, I don't want to waste my time doing everything expect the thing that's going to grow me…
I've recently gotten this job however majority of the time was used with me not being able to be under my mentor, specifically because the bosses would call me to do every other job than the one I was contracted for… I finally got the opportunity to be under my mentor but because of irreconcilable differences between her and then she's decided to leave, I have 2 weeks left with her before she leaves and I don't know if I should stay or leave now… Because nobody in the company has the experience / knowledge / specific job role that she has .. I was her junior and even I haven't touched the ice peek of what she's been trying to teach me.
I've done freelance work before and I loved it, I just don't know what to do now :/ please advise.
P.S. This job isn't easily accessible,it's not something taught in schools or even on YouTube / online courses etc…
