I feel like ppl gotta be less quick to consistently say someone’s best option when their company’s being a dick to them is to quit.
In a better world where there were actual supports for the unemployed I’d def agree, but it just comes across as tone-deaf considering it’s often not easy to get another job and people often need the stability even if the job itself is shit. It’s just strange how many people seem to be under the impression that’s a reasonable option to most people stuck in shitty jobs considering the reason people tend to be in those jobs in the first place is because of lack of other options…
