When I applied to my job it was advertised that I would receive a hiring bonus, I couldn’t remember what they told me the time frame was and later it slipped my mind. After three months there I messaged the owner on the app we use asking about the bonus and she left me on read, a few days after I tell me manager this and she says that she’ll speak to the owner (never does). I put my two weeks in and ask my manager about my sign on bonus in the app she acts as if it’s her first time hearing of it saying “had I known earlier you would have been receiving it the whole time” (she was just hired around the time I was). Yesterday I messaged her about the bonus again and no reply. I have screenshots of the ad I replied to; Today is my last day at work- what should I do?
Tl;dr Bonus was advertised but they seem to want to get out of payment
