After applying for jobs, having to fill out assessments, and then not hearing back about that job is incredibly frustrating

I'm looking for work from home jobs right now. Nearly all of them are requiring me to do hour long assessments. I set my time aside, and fill the assessments out, only to not hear anything from recruiters at all. Not even a, “no thank you we're not interested”. This sucks.
