Ever notice how when someone quits/leaves/gets fired management more than likely never fills their position which forces the staff to pick up the extra work? Even when I changed industries I noticed they aren’t in a rush to find someone to fill that position. They want a two week notice yet they literally do not use that period of time to fill the vacancy so what’s even the point?
I also had a flash back of one of my former bosses having such a fucking attitude when I gave them the respect of a two week notice
