AITA for disagreeing?

Meeting with Supervisor and Manager. Supervisor we will refer to as “Dick”… Me: “Staffing is a problem, and has been since the shift bid. There is no reason why there should be only one person on the phone, and in chats between 3P-6P CST, the busiest part of our day. We have constant call in's, and it leads to us letting the client down with unnecessary hold times.” Manager: “I can definitely understand your frustration.” Dick: “In all reality, that isn't your concern. You are paid to handle phone calls, regardless how many, or how they come in.” Me: “That's easy for you to say when you don't take the calls, and you leave by 3:01 every day not fielding our questions when we're slammed.”
