Was asked to buy a speaker for my broken work laptop, the one recommended by my big-boss is £80. I was shocked so I told my other boss, as sometimes HR will buy you what you need and send it. I was told I can expense it and get the money back at the end of Nov. That was the moment when I realised how poor I really am. 🤣
