This is no exaggeration.
I left a negative review on google, essentially complaining about the filth caused by them being understaffed (they pay $9-13.50/hour), tobacco products being left out in the open with no employees around, etc.
The manager replied to the review and asked me to call the store or fill out a contact form on the website.
I contacted them online, and told them I wanted to return my products and will no longer be shopping there. They seem suspiciously eager, yeah yeah come on in and we'll give you your money back. When I arrive, there's a cop walking around patrolling the store, looking suspicious. I sit down at the Starbuck's and just look at him as he passes.
These fools literally called the cops because someone criticized them and hurt their feelings. Fortunately, there's a co-op down the street. SHOP LOCAL
