I don't know what's going on, but I've been seeing this branch of the company I work for burn. I'm a transplant from another department with two others (who have moved on to new work) they had over 75 people bounce for harsh treatment. Shockingly Management took notice and has been trying to turn things around, better hours more hires (no one stays for long), more pay, etc. It was amazing, then I woke up and realized that last bit was horseshit and I had to go back to work. I'm stuck currently because insurance is covering all of my wife's meds. With 8+% inflation coming around the bend if I don't find a new job making over 75k a year by January I won't be able to afford living under my In-laws.
This job in 6 months has aged me horribly.
