“Don’t socialize, this isn’t a daycare!”
Socialization is encouraged for the development of children.
“Don’t slack when you’re sick, this isn’t a daycare!”
State laws typically mandate we send sick children home and not let them back until they are 24 hours symptom free. Also what are daycare children slacking on? Circle time?
There’s probably more, but I’ve seen three of these posts in the last 12 hours? Like for real management, if you’re gonna insult us at least use a smidgeon of the intelligence you got from graduating from daycare.
Keep fighting peeps. Y’all deserve better than being compared to literal babies for basic rights and base, instinctual human interaction.
