My dad always told me the only thing you get at most jobs for being a good employee and a hard worker is more work. I have found that to be very true. Anytime something happens at my job where the assigned person on call can’t be on call I swear by boss must say “ok where’s Austin he will do it”. SMH now on call for my 4th week/weekend in a row.
