The assistant manager has always been really bad about call-outs. She kinda gaslights a bit and makes you feel bad. I texted her to let her know that I’m not feeling well and won’t be coming in. I never got anything back, but she saw it.
I called her three times, I called the general manager once, and our dispatcher once. No one picked up.
I took screenshots of everything, including me trying to get ahold of people via phone calls and sent it to my general manager. So it’s not like I didn’t try lol.
