My boss sets our schedules up for the month early. This is great. I can automatically fill up my schedule. However this job doesn’t give me nearly enough hours so I need to leave for another job. Interview is at the end of this month and June schedule is already set. Am I an asshole if I put in my two weeks knowing that she will have to find people to fill in my shifts for the next two. We’re a small studio and only 4 people work here. Anyone know a way to work around it?
Edit- my boss and coworkers and all super sweet people which is why I would feel so bad. It feels like friendships not just my boss/coworkers.
