Am I asking for too much time off?

To start off I have been employed by my local government for the past 5 years and in June I started a new position still within the city however with a different department. I work 4 days a week 10hrs a day. All of my vacation and personal leave rolled over because I'm still with the same employer. Since August I have taken 66 hours of paid vacation (1 day in august, 4 days in 1 week of Sept and 3 days the following week) I had well over 150 hours of vacation accrued prior to taking those trips now I have 96 hrs left. I let my supervisor know that I have vacations scheduled in september Since the time I started my new job in June and she was fine with it. Let it be known that when I started this job we worked a normal 8 to 5 work week. And it wasn't until 2 weeks before my vacations in September that they changed us to 10 hour days Wed – Saturday (Had they not changed the schedule I would have only used ~42 hours).

In November I wanted to request another ~20 hours of vacation. However I was told that I had requested a lot of vacation in the past few months that this one was going to be denied to allow other coworkers to take time off. Let it be known that she did not deny any coworkers any time off because I was taking time off in Sep. My vacation days didn't conflict with anyone else's. And my vacation days in November are not conflicting with anyone else's either. In my line of work there are 5 people that do the exact same thing that I do. And there is one person specifically that I work closely with because we share the same wed-sat schedule. Prior to scheduling any vacations I ran through with that one coworker the days that I am looking to take off and they show me the days they wanna take off to see if they conflict. She is OK with me taking those days off and doing my assigned work because it doesn't add hardly anything to her work load and she's gonna be at work regardless. (It's very slow here we do like 2 hours of actual the rest of the time is basically “free” time). So basically me taking these days off will 100% not affect the daily flow of work even in the slightest.

Am I being too entitled thinking that I should be allowed to take these these days off?
