So I recently started working at this liquor store in Colorado, and basically the boss doesn't pay us after midnight. I'm there normally half and hour to 45 minutes after midnight, but as far as I can tell and from what my coworkers describe, we aren't being paid for the time we're there completing end of night activities. I'm just wondering what my rights are and what I can legally do to get paid for the work I'm already doing, without being a complete asshole. Thanks in advance
