Am I entitled? I Work/am forced away from home 204 hours for a 2 week pay period, my net pay was $1804.18. So I basically make 8.85$ hour after taxes.

I work in transportation on the railroad and thought I was paid decent until I added up the hours. I work 3 “round trips” a week which consists of a 9-12 hour shift to go to a different city and stay in a hotel for 16-20 hours before I am called to come back on a 9-12 hour trip back, I then spend about 12 hours home and repeat. I am only paid while I haul freight, but that is literally half the time I spend away from home for work. Am I entitled to believe I should be compensated for the 60 hours or so I spend in a hotel away from home for work? Like I said in the title i was away from home for 204 hours and my net pay was 1800$.
