Am I entitled to a 30 minute paid break as an overnight worker?

So I’ve been working at a gas station in New York between the hours of 11-7 and do not get a paid break as I am the only one running the store. I done this for 5 days a week for about 2 years now. My manager doesn’t mind if I take a break in between customers when I want but I am always “on call” so to speak. I can’t find any info online so I was wondering if anyone had any insight. Thanks in advance. EDIT: I meant unpaid in the title
