Am I getting guilt tripped?

I left work early today because I was feeling really unwell and I felt like I wasn’t giving off a good vibe to the crew and customers. So, I asked if I could leave and was given the green light. I came home and received a text from my manager saying something along the lines of: “What happened? I have you training on (HIGHER POSITION) next week and you leave us hanging?” To give some context, I texted said manager about what qualifications I needed to move up previously, and never received a response. I left work early today because I was feeling really unwell and I felt like I wasn’t giving off a good vibe to the crew and customers. So, I asked if I could leave and was given the green light.

I came home and received a text from my manager saying something along the lines of:

“What happened? I have you training on (HIGHER POSITION) next week and you leave us hanging?”

To give some context, I texted said manager about what qualifications I needed to move up previously, and never received a response. Then, all manager told me in person a couple days ago was “I need you to be faster so I can move you up.”

Also, manager said that I was training next week- however, manager doesn’t release the schedule until Monday nights. If you are working Mondays, you get a text from manager instead of a schedule notification, and the schedule is released later that day.

Which leads me to believe the schedule is not made until Mondays. Which, case in point- am I getting guilt tripped for leaving?

Manager does not have a good track record of fair employee treatment.

Am I getting screwed over?
