I'm about to graduate soon with a finance degree. I applied for a part time coordinator job and about a week later the organization reached out to me and offered an interview for an executive/finance assistant position (it's a small NPO in a small town). They told me that I would be working as an executive assistant for 15 h/week for $22/h and as a finance assistant for 20 h/week for $24/h. I asked if this is a full time position and they said yes with a 1 year contract but to me it really seems like two part time job… I found it very weird that there are two diff wages for “1 full time” position. I never seen a job like this. Am I getting scammed by this NPO?
